Commander S. Madhu, with over 16 years in the Navy and 4 years in construction, founded Maritime Builders to apply his expertise in precision and project management. His second venture, the company has successfully completed notable projects like Nakshthra, a 15-floor apartment at Panambilly, Golden Sapphire in MG Road, and Five Element at Panampilly Nagar. Under his leadership, Maritime Builders is now set to launch its latest project, Maritime Prime on MG Road, reflecting a continued commitment to excellence and innovation in real estate
